How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process bookings, facilitate payments, communicate with you about your bookings, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Phone Number Privacy
When you book a phone consultation, the creator's real phone number is never shared. Calls are routed through a platform number with a unique extension to protect both parties' privacy.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted payment processing to protect your information. Payment details are handled by secure third-party processors and are not stored on our servers.
Shipping Information
When you qualify for and claim a creator milestone reward (such as a certificate, apparel, or plaque), we collect the shipping address you provide so the reward can be fulfilled. This information is used solely for reward delivery and is shared only with the shipping provider as necessary to complete delivery.
Livestream & Community Activity
When you participate in livestreams, webinars, classrooms, or community channels, the messages, poll responses, reactions, and other interactions you submit may be visible to other participants and are stored by the Platform to provide and moderate those features.
Team Member Access
Creators may invite team members (managers, editors, assistants) to help manage their account. When a creator grants a team member access, that team member may view and manage the creator's profile, bookings, products, and other data within the permissions the creator has assigned. BookdUp is not responsible for how a creator's team members use the access granted to them.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our data retention policies.
